That single line is everything Rockstar has said about the place so far. It ties the boat yard to Brian, to Lori and to the smuggling trade in the Keys, which Rockstar also connects to Jason's work for local drug runners.

Rockstar has not named the boat yard, shown it in a captioned screenshot, or said where in the Keys it sits. It is also unconfirmed whether players can visit it or whether it features in missions.
