In the skyline shots near the start of Trailer 1, around 0:15 to 0:16, a small seaplane crosses the sky towing a purple banner that reads "Nine1Nine Vice City", followed by a trailing line of text beginning "Why sixty...". It sits high in the frame over the beachfront towers, so it's easy to miss on a first watch. The name turns up again in Trailer 2: around 1:40, Jason and Lucia walk into a crowded, purple-lit venue under a large NINE1NINE Vice City sign.

E11EVEN is a Miami nightclub known for advertising with beach banner planes. Nine1Nine's number-based name and Trailer 1 banner make the comparison plausible. E11EVEN answered the trailer with a GTA-style promo of its own. That reaction shows the resemblance resonated with the real club, but does not confirm Rockstar's intent. Trailer 2 shows Nine1Nine as a venue; the E11EVEN link remains a theory.
