GTA 6 Homes and Garages Rockstar Has Shown

Does GTA 6 have safehouses?Unconfirmed

Rockstar shows several homes and garages, but it has not published a safehouse list. The five rows below describe depictions or bonus locations, not five confirmed distinct bases. Brian’s property and the building labelled “Jason’s safehouse” may be the same place.

Brian’s property and the building labelled “Jason’s safehouse” are separate rows only because Rockstar has not confirmed whether they are the same building.

Where is Jason's safehouse?

Rockstar's profile of Brian Heder, the veteran Keys drug runner, says he lets Jason stay rent-free at one of his properties, as long as Jason helps with local shakedowns and now and then shares a sangria with Brian's wife, Lori. Jason's own profile says he ended up in the Keys working for local drug runners after the Army. That puts his home in or near the Leonida Keys, but Rockstar has not marked it on a map.

The Ultimate Edition images show the outside of "Jason's safehouse" with three vehicles parked there. Rockstar's caption names the Ganado, the Dinka Enduro and the Crest Kayak. The bike and kayak are the Ultimate bonus; Rockstar does not say that the house itself is exclusive to that edition.

Are Jason and Lucia shown in an apartment together?Unconfirmed

The Extended Look shows them together in an apartment. GamesRadar+ describes the pair getting ready for a party in "their apartment", a living space it calls lived-in and detailed, and later returning to the area GamesRadar+ calls Bayside. Their red convertible is parked outside. Rockstar has not named the building or said whether it is a permanent home or a stop in the story.

What do the GTA 6 garages do?

Both bonus garages come with the same two features in Rockstar's text: a weapon locker and "a secure place to deposit stolen goods to be fenced". So garages are more than parking. They tie into a system for selling stolen items, which Rockstar has not explained further.

Shore Court comes with the two-tone '55 Vapid Stanier in the Vintage Vice City Pack, the pre-order bonus for both editions. Rockstar places it "just a stone's throw from the glistening sands of Ocean Beach", the same beachfront as the returning Ocean View Hotel. Paradise Garage, in Watson Bay, stores the Ultimate Edition's Mud Club buggy.

Can you buy property in GTA 6?Unconfirmed

Rockstar has not said. Here is where things stand on October 20, 2026:

Real estate does appear in the story. Rockstar says Boobie Ike's empire spans real estate, a strip club and a recording studio, but that describes a character, not a system for the player. We have not found a Rockstar statement saying property can or cannot be bought. A Newswire post or the game itself on November 19 will settle it. For where these places sit in Leonida, see our GTA 6 map guide.
