GTA 6 Voice Actors and Cast: Confirmed and Reported Names

Who are the voice actors in GTA 6?

Rockstar has not published a full cast list. On October 20, 2026, we checked its Grand Theft Auto VI site, People & Places profiles and the PlayStation Store listing; none names a performer. Outside those pages, actor Stephen Root confirmed his involvement in an Associated Press interview, and Variety reports that he voices Brian Heder. His involvement is self-confirmed; the Brian role is a press attribution, not a Rockstar cast credit.

That is unusual only in how long it has lasted. Rockstar has released three trailers, an Extended Look and eight character profiles, but its own pages have not attached performer names to them.

Which GTA 6 characters are waiting for a cast credit?

These are the eight characters with an official Rockstar profile. The final column separates public reporting from a Rockstar cast credit.

Can you trust GTA 6 cast lists on other sites?

Be careful. Some sites already publish "confirmed" cast lists, and they do not agree with each other. Three things make them unreliable:

• User-edited databases. Pixel Twelve found that IMDb and Box Office Mojo list performers for the Extended Look video, and noted that "neither page explains who submitted the information." Those sites take submissions from the public, so a listing there is not a Rockstar credit.
• Fake accounts. VICE reported that an Instagram account used to back up one casting claim appeared to belong to an impersonator.
• Copying. Many lists repeat each other, so ten sites naming the same person can still trace back to one guess.

Rockstar credits or in-game credits would settle a specific role. A performer speaking on the record can also establish their own involvement; Stephen Root has done so, while Variety reports the Brian Heder role.

Unconfirmed: fan theoriesUnconfirmed

Unconfirmed. Nothing in this box is confirmed by Rockstar. It is here because these names come up in searches, and we would rather explain them than pretend they do not exist.

• Lucia. The most popular fan theory is that New York actress Manni L. Perez plays Lucia. It rests on resemblance, voice comparisons and earlier small roles in Rockstar games. Neither Rockstar nor Perez has confirmed it. Our page on the Manni L. Perez theory sets out the evidence for and against.
• Jason. Names attached to Jason come from fan comparisons and user-edited credit pages. We do not repeat them until there is an official source.

If the credits prove any of these right or wrong, we will move the answer out of this box and say so.

How did Rockstar handle the GTA 5 cast?

GTA 5's three leads, Michael, Franklin and Trevor, are now widely known by their actors' names, and Wikipedia's article on the game credits all three performers. We expect the GTA 6 credits to answer the question in the same way, though Rockstar has not said when, or whether, it will name its cast before then.

When will the GTA 6 cast be confirmed?

The full cast may become clear when players can read the in-game credits after the scheduled November 19, 2026 release. Rockstar could also announce roles earlier. Stephen Root has already confirmed his own involvement, while Variety attributes Brian Heder to him.

When that happens, this page will list each actor with the source next to their name. Until then, the official character profiles on our Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos pages stick to what Rockstar has said.
