How this list works

Rockstar has not published a vehicle roster for GTA VI. Most "full car lists" online mix three different kinds of evidence, and the difference matters:

  1. Named by Rockstar. The vehicle name appears in Rockstar's own text on the GTA VI site. These are confirmed.
  2. Name visible in official footage. The name is printed on the vehicle in a trailer, like the "Caracara" hood decal. Strong, but Rockstar has not listed it.
  3. Identified by the press. Writers matched a silhouette, grille or taillight to a model from earlier GTA games. Useful, but these are educated guesses.

We only list vehicles seen in Rockstar's own trailers, screenshots and site. Nothing here comes from leaked material.

Named by Rockstar

These seven are named in Rockstar's text on the GTA VI site and Editions page.

  • '55 Vapid Stanier. Two-tone sedan in the Vintage Vice City Pack, the pre-order bonus for both editions, with the Shore Court personal garage near Ocean Beach.
  • Vapid Ganado. Jason's "well-worn" low-riding pickup. The Ultimate Edition adds an exclusive Retro Build.
  • Dinka Enduro. An "Army fatigue-tinged" motorcycle kept at Jason's safehouse (Ultimate Edition).
  • Crest Kayak. Also at Jason's safehouse (Ultimate Edition).
  • '95 Grotti Cheetah. White mid-90s sports car, "an ode to Shore Drive", available for "later-stage action" (Ultimate Edition).
  • Shitzu Squalo. Pink and blue speedboat docked at Washington Beach, sold as good for fishing in Gambit Bay and fitted with an explosives-laden weapons crate (Ultimate Edition).
  • '67 Vapid Dominator Buggy. A "Mud Club monster" for the backwoods of Mount Kalaga, stored at Paradise Garage in Watson Bay (Ultimate Edition).

Shown officially but not named

Rockstar's Ultimate Edition images include several cars it describes without naming:

  • Rideout Customs: "a gold custom vehicle", tied to a shop that does detailed interiors, rims and "donk stylings".
  • One-Eyed Willie's Mod Shop: a green two-door off-roader. PC Gamer reads it as a Canis Kamacho and GamesRadar as a Canis Mesa, a good example of how uncertain press identification can be.
  • Wyman's Classic Car Collection: a turquoise muscle car, a beige off-roader with red, orange and yellow stripes, a muscle car in a stars and stripes livery, a red race car with the number 36 and a green classic sports car. Press outlets read badges for a Sirius, a Vapid Riata and a Schyster Deviant among them.

Rockstar's Only in Leonida gallery and the box art also show a seaplane over the Keys, airboats in the Grassrivers, jet skis, a news helicopter over Mount Kalaga, a police chase after a pickup through the swamp and "a yellow vehicle with an open scissor door".

Identified in Trailer 1 and Trailer 2Unconfirmed

These have their own entries or come up again and again in press coverage:

  • Vapid Caracara 4x4. Brian Heder's silver pickup in the first scene of Trailer 2. The hood decal reads "Caracara".
  • Declasse Tulip. Jason and Lucia's getaway car at the end of both trailers. A magenta Tulip M-100 on big wheels also appears in Trailer 1.
  • Grotti Cheetah. A white Cheetah on Trailer 1's neon strip, with a plate spelling its name.
  • Police cruisers. GamesRadar identifies Vapid Stanier police cruisers in both trailers, and The Drive describes Taurus-style and Crown Vic-style cruisers at a Trailer 2 arrest.
  • Supercars at an intersection. The Drive lists a Bravado Banshee, a Pfister Comet and an updated Benefactor Schafter stopped at an intersection in Trailer 2.
  • Bikes and trucks. Maibatsu Sanchez dirt bikes in Trailer 1, and a dual-rear-wheel Bison pickup towing a safe in Trailer 2.

Identified in An Extended LookUnconfirmed

Rockstar's Extended Look premiered on August 27, 2026. GamesRadar and Jalopnik went through it shot by shot. The highlights:

  • Ubermacht Sentinel Classic. Jason and Lucia's red convertible, with a working soft top.
  • Benefactor Schafter. The black sedan Lucia drives in the long police chase. Jalopnik reads it as a W212 Mercedes E-Class.
  • Declasse Burrito. The van the crew switches to after torching the getaway car.
  • Brute Stockade. A Gruppe Sechs armoured truck being robbed by a biker gang.
  • Police Bravado Buffalo, a tow truck, luxury SUVs in an airport escort scene, and race cars on a track and in nitrous street races.

Jalopnik also lists dozens of real-world lookalikes in Vice City traffic, from a Rolls-Royce Cullinan-style SUV to a Nissan Skyline R32-style racer.

What the vehicles tell us about gameplay

Taken together, the official material confirms more about systems than about any single car:

  • Garages are properties. Shore Court and Paradise Garage both have a weapon locker and a place to fence stolen goods.
  • Customisation is deep. The Ultimate Edition alone includes two mod shops, one for "donk" street builds and one for off-road work.
  • Story gating exists. The '95 Cheetah is "available to punctuate later-stage action", not from the start.
  • Water and mud matter. A fishing speedboat, a kayak, airboats and a Mud Club buggy show that roads are only part of the map.
  • Stealing a car has options. The Extended Look shows Jason choosing between a slim jim and breaking the window.

What is still unknown

Rockstar has not published performance stats, prices, dealership names or a full list of vehicle classes. It has also not explained how personal vehicles are tracked or replaced. Anything you read about aircraft you can fly, specific supercars or exact numbers of cars is guesswork until launch on November 19, 2026. We will move vehicles from "identified" to "named" only when Rockstar names them or the game is out.
